Das Keyboard 6 Professional

Overview

The Das Keyboard 6 Professional is aimed at those who prioritize the fundamentals of a good typing experience over gimmicks. I wish Das Keyboard offered a TKL layout, and I’d prefer a detachable cable, but I’m happy to recommend the 6 Pro to serious typists looking for an upgrade.

The Das Keyboard 6 Professional has been, hands down, the best keyboard I have used to date. The typing experience is second to none. Additionally, the build quality is outstanding, and the inclusion of the media controls and the 2-port USB-C hub round out a complete package.

Sometimes being a great keyboard is as simple as being a well-built, reliable device with a solid typing experience and a few practical quality of life features. For many professionals, I’d wager that’s enough and this will be $200 well-spent.
