Asus TUF Gaming A15

The Asus TUF A15 is a brilliant affordable gaming laptop that manages to strike the right balance between performance and value. It’s strong 1080p performance, tough build quality, and large selection of ports will win it a lot of fans, especially amongst competitive esports players.

The Asus TUF Gaming A15 looks bold, and it’s got solid Nvidia and AMD hardware alongside decent ergonomics, but potential component issues hinder it – and it suffers thanks to a poor screen and mediocre connectivity. It’s not bad, but there is plenty of strong competition.

The Asus TUF Gaming A15 is a great gaming laptop for those on a budget. It has an excellent Full HD performance, decent display and ample storage for a very generous price. It is a rather ugly laptop though, while its loud fans can be annoying, but such flaws can be overlooked if you're unwilling to pay a few hundred quid more for classier alternatives.

The RGB-backlit keyboard is a fun eye catcher, but overall the system wouldn't look out of place doing serious work either—especially with the light show turned off. Anybody who needs great gaming performance without breaking the bank should absolutely look into the ASUS TUF Gaming A15.
