If you don’t mind switching batteries every few months and can handle a bit of click latency, the Anker Wireless Vertical Mouse’s superior level of comfort, low-profile aesthetic, and attractive price tag make it one of the best ergonomic mice on the market.

The major drawback is the fact it is not rechargeable, although it does has fairly minimal energy expenditure so your batteries will last a good amount of time. All in all, the advantages outweigh the negatives with the AK-UBA, and we’re not the only people that believe a good vertical mouse can alleviate wrist issues. You just need to be aware of the Mac issue, your hand size, and know it’s not built for gaming.

Don’t get me wrong: despite its issues, the Anker 2.4G Wireless Vertical Mouse is well worth your money. It’s simple, comfortable, and it won’t break the bank. It’s priced low enough to “just try it out”. And the chances are you’ll be very happy with it, if you’re right handed.

In terms of value, this is probably the best vertical mouse you can get in the $20 price range. Its tall vertical design does minimize much of the wrist movement associated with RSI and carpal tunnel syndrome. However, people with small hands will find the browser back/forth buttons hard to access. The surface of the mouse is also a tad bit slippery for me.
