Acer Predator X35 35" Curved

If you are tossing up which monitor to spend on $2,500 all things being equal, our nod goes to the Asus ROG PG35VQ right now. The Acer model is still pretty good -- we're comparing it to the PG35VQ which is the top gaming monitor out there -- but if you can get the Acer and not the Asus on your region, or the former is more affordable, then it’s definitely worthy of your consideration.

Hot spots aside, the Acer Predator X35 is an amazing gaming monitor. You’ll need deep pockets to afford one, but it offered the hands-down best picture I’ve ever experienced and is currently one of the absolute best ultrawide monitors you can buy today.

The Acer X35 is a stunning piece of kit that will push the boundaries of your gaming in both visual experience and responsiveness. The product is very expensive, but its refinements in both design and performance make up for the hefty premium. Its 4K 144Hz cousin, the X27, is incredibly sharp and accurate, but the cinematic expansiveness of the ultrawide screen is a much more convincing treat.

The Acer X35 is very best gaming ultrawide available, but it comes with an extremely high price tag of $2,500. The price of this display is much higher than most gaming monitors we have seen in recent years. However, we believe the price in warranted. This display includes many expensive components including the FALD backlight and G-Sync ultimate module.
