The RT-AX58U gets all the basics right, combining fast, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 performance with a competitive price. It’s easy to use, with good parental controls and other features, and also offers a web browser interface for more advanced users.

The Asus RT-AX58U (RT-AX3000) is the first WiFi6 wireless router that I have tested, so I was quite excited to see how it would perform, especially considering the hype around this new WiFi standard. After testing it, I can say that it’s a great router but only if certain conditions are met – it does have some stability issues on the 160MHz mode.

The Asus RT-AX3000 is an incredible device with fast wireless speed. It has a stylish design, a wide range of features including MU-MIMO and Ai-Mesh technology. The speed of the Wi-Fi was tested at different locations and we found this device adequately working even through thick walls. The maximum range is 5,000 sqft.

This little Wi-Fi machine delivers a lot more than its compact design suggests. It has a ton of useful features and the support for the venerable 160 MHz channel bandwidth. Featuring Asus’s AiMesh, you can use a couple of hardware units as (part of) a versatile Wi-Fi mesh system.

ASUS RT-AX58U is a dual-band wireless router with a classic look. Sizewise, it is rather small and light when compared to other Wi-Fi 6 routers. It is also more affordable than others. However, this doesn't make it a lesser choice. On the contrary! It is one of the most balanced wireless routers with Wi-Fi 6 that we have tested so far. We recommend it to anyone interested in making the switch to Wi-Fi 6.

ASUS RT-AX3000 is a great wireless router. It offers really good Wi-Fi performance with fast Wi-Fi speed and strong Wi-Fi coverage. ASUSWRT comes with plenty of great features and customization. The AiMesh function is also handy as it lets you to use another ASUS AiMesh router to get a stronger Wi-Fi coverage at your home.
