Pros:

Automated firmware updates, fast, and tremendous amount of easytoconfigure features.
Sharp-looking web-based interface. Supports enterprise-level RAID. Business-class features. LCD with menu makes for quick status viewing and updating. Easy to setup and deploy.

Cons:

Slow to boot up, slightly bulky size (and weight) and expensive.
Problems auto-updating firmware. Issues with hot-swap drive capabilities. LCD menu makes an inadvertent reboot too easy.
