Reviewers Didn't Like
- Uses AA batteries, rather than a Lithium ion rechargeable battery
- No user manual means gizmo novices might get lost in the setup
- $150 price point isn't super pricey, but then its not the cheapest universal remote out there
- A little tricky to set it up to control multiple devices at once
- Remote takes itself out of setup mode (losing any pending settings for a device) after a brief idle time
- Default illumination time of button backlight is too short
- Doesn't work with Bluetooth devices, such as Sony PS3
